Reypenaer cheese has matured for about one year. Although already very old as cheeses go, it lacks that tangy taste but instead has a soft and creamy flavour that lingers on the palate.
This cheese is available in whole cheeses, 1/16 pieces, slices and small wedges in boxes, the so-called 'cheese boards'. These are ideal for serving at table and cutting off small slices. Great with a good glass of wine!
