We give our Wijngaard Jong Belegen Affiné, Belegen Affiné and Extra Belegen Affiné cheeses the name 'Wijngaard Affineurs'. The Affineur is also available as a cheese board weighing approximately 350 grams. These cheeses also have a top-quality flavour and are aged for 10, 20 and 30 weeks respectively in our Caves, subjected to climate changes similar to those at our historic Reypenaer warehouse. These cheeses are also available in a variety of sizes, including the derinded hotel block that can be cut into attractive semi-circular slices.
And Wijngaard Affineurs is also available in 1/16 portions and packs of 30 pre-cut slices.
