This 2-year old Reypenaer VSOP baby cheese comes in a special cheese board pack. The cheese weighs approximately 300 grams and, thanks to its shape, can be served as a it is on the cheeseboard. A sharp knife can then be used to cut the cheese into wafer-thin slices as far as the rind.
These wafer-thin slices represent the right surface/volume ratio and the optimal shape for enjoying the taste of these cheeses. Great with a good glass of wine or port.
