The 16-week old Chèvre Affiné wedge comes in a special cheeseboard pack. It weighs approximately 250 grams and, thanks to its shape, can be served as it is on the cheeseboard. A sharp knife can then be used to cut the cheese into wafer-thin slices as far as the rind. These wafer-thin slices represent the right surface/volume ratio and the optimal shape for enjoying the taste of these cheeses. Great with a good glass of white wine or an artisanal beer. Also ideal for gift parcels and business gifts.
