I only bought a 1/16 wedge of the 1-year when I was in Schiphol Airport. I regret to this very minutes that I had not bought more when I had the chance. Since my June trip to the Netherlands, I have visited 15 cheese stores in Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton. Just doesn't compare. Canadian cheese tastes like wax to me now.
