Algemene Voorwaarden/ General Terms and Conditions
 
1. Op alle leveringen zijn onze algemene verkoop- en leveringsvoorwaarden aan consumenten van toepassing. Deze sturen wij u op aanvraag toe.
 
1. On all the deliveries we apply our general terms and conditions for consumers. We can send them on request
 
2. Prijzen zijn incl. b.t.w. en exclusief verzendkosten.
 
2. Prices are included V.A.T. and exclusive delivery costs.
 
3. Na ontvangst order en autorisatie betaling heeft u leveringen in Nederland binnen 5 werkdagen in huis en buiten Nederland worden ze binnen 4 werkdagen verstuurd.
 
3. After receiving your order and authorisation of the payment we deliver your package in the Netherlands within 5 working days and we will send them within 4 working days for outside of the Netherlands.
 
4. Opdrachten waarvan de betaling niet is geautoriseerd, wordt niet uitgevoerd.
 
4. If the payment is not authorised , we cannot send you the cheese.

5. If upon delivery, no-one is available to receive the package, a note will be left, stating your nearest pick-up possibility. Please note that Wijngaard Kaas bv cannot accept responsibility for packages that cannot be delivered because the residents (or purchaser) are not home.
