Wyngaard Affiné Cumin Young Aged is traditionally aged for 10 weeks in natural climate fluctuations, similar to the old cheese warehouse in Woerden. The natural changes in temperature and humidity influence the aging process and play an important role in the development of the flavor.
Wyngaard Affiné Cumin Young Aged is enriched with cumin seeds. It is a soft and creamy cheese with a sweet, slightly nutty, and full flavor.
Wyngaard Affiné Cumin Young Aged slices are perfect for bread or as part of a (breakfast) buffet.
The packaging of the slices is divisible and contains a total of 30 slices with a base for an elegant presentation.
