The beautiful flavors of Reypenaer (one year of aging) and Reypenaer V.S.O.P. (two years of aging) develop in the historic aging warehouse from 1906 in Woerden (Holland) due to the special conditions, natural fluctuations in temperature and humidity, ventilation with shutters, and the craftsmanship of turning and polishing the cheeses. By slicing Reypenaer into thin leaves, the flavor, aroma, and texture are optimally experienced. Serve Reypenaer at room temperature for the best tasting experience.
