The Wyngaard Mustard/Truffle Duo is a gift set for the festive winter months. It is a combination of two delicious Wyngaard cheeses. These cheeses are sliced and coated with coarse mustard with dill or truffle tapenade after 4 months of aging. The mustard and truffle gradually impart their aroma to the cheese, resulting in a surprising taste.
