Cheese matured for four months, refined with coarse mustard and fresh dill tops. A surprising twist on the classic combination of cheese and mustard.
Wyngaard Cheese – Truffle
Cheese matured for four months, generously coated with a tapenade made from fresh summer truffles. The cheese and the truffle are then given time to enhance each other’s flavours.
Reypenaer
Aged for one year in our historic cheese warehouse from 1906 in Woerden. The fluctuations in temperature and humidity influence the maturing process and therefore play an important role in the development of its unique flavour.
